YAMADA
Patiphan Chagwangsit
YAMADA (Patiphan Changwangsit) combines his pop art, street art and realistic style to create vibrant paintings. As a graduate of Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi (Thailand), YAMADA spent his university years refining his drawing and painting practice which had been nurtured from a young age.
YAMADA’s paintings take inspiration from children's toys - often those that he was never able to buy as a child. He uses these nostalgic and beloved characters to discuss deeper social issues, thus rewriting their narrative.
