It was a joy to explore this theme depicting this supreme animal of the Chinese zodiac and the only mythological creature. Our artwork shows the transition from the Year of the Water Rabbit into The Year of the Wood Dragon, who is wrapping around a Bonsai Tree and its horns morphing into expanded branches. For more visual delights we have included dragonflies and dragonfruit which gave inspiration to the colour scheme of this vivid piece.
Our new print was created with the help of the best local fine art printers Hound & Bone, and features hand painted embellishments with pearlescent paint across all the dragonflies with sparkle and shine in the light.
