Chris is a self-taught artist who has been drawing and painting since he can remember. His paintings are included in a number of private collections in Australia and Europe.
In this latest series of paintings he has forsaken the traditional middle- or long-distance view of the Australian landscape and taken a closer look.
He has captured the bush in all of its intricate, ramshackle, chaotic beauty.
These works aren’t botanical nor are they merely decorative but paintings created to excite the eye and inspire you to look afresh at the Australian bush.
