Influenced by his background in graphic design, he brings his vision to life on paper, transporting viewers to his amazing realm. His artwork has gained recognition in galleries around the world, including Melbourne.

Watkinson has also embarked on residencies in fascinating places like Iceland, Amsterdam, and Portugal, using their cultural diversity and artistic heritage as inspiration. His diverse artistic practice includes drawings, collages, and animation, blending various techniques to create thought-provoking and visually stunning artwork.
